💸 Booking, Payments & Cancellations

How can I book a tour with you?
You can book directly on our website (link to booking page), via WhatsApp, email, or even social media dm. We make it easy for you to reserve your spot in just a few clicks.
We accept major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash (Cash is only accepted as a balance payment).
  • Free cancellations up to 48 hours before your tour.
  • No refund if canceled under 48 hours or for no-shows. (If we cancel due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, you get a full refund or have the option to reschedule.)

🚌 Transportation & Pickup

Do you offer hotel pickup and drop-off?
Yes, we offer pickup from most hotels in San Ignacio, Belmopan, and select locations in Belize City. For remote areas, a small transport fee may apply. Just ask!
No problem. We can arrange everything from airport transfers to cross-border pickups from Guatemala or Mexico.

What should I bring on a tour?

We’ll always include a detailed packing list for each tour, but in general:

  • Sturdy shoes (especially for caves or ruins)
  • Comfortable clothing
  • Water and snacks
  • Sunscreen & bug spray
  • Towel & swimsuit (for cave tubing, waterfalls, or Blue Hole)

Every tour includes:

  • Transportation (unless otherwise stated)
  • Park entrance fees
  • Licensed guide
  • Equipment (helmets, tubes, lights, etc.)

Lunch or snacks (for full-day tours)

Our half-day tours last about 3–4 hours. Full-day tours range from 7–9 hours. You’ll find the specific duration on each tour page. However, our guides tend to move at the pace of their guests for the day to ensure everyone is happy.
Let us know in advance. For cave tours like ATM or Crystal Cave, we’ll be upfront about what to expect. We offer alternative tours like birding, canoeing, or cultural visits that may be more comfortable.

Are your tours safe for solo travelers?
Definitely. Solo travelers are warmly welcomed, and you’ll be part of a small, friendly group. Safety and inclusivity are part of our DNA. Reach out to us ahead of time to confirm availability since spaces are limited.
Yes, we cater to vegetarians, vegans, gluten-free, and other dietary needs (just let us know ahead of time). We also consider mobility and health needs when customizing tours.
Yes, but we recommend waterproof cases for water-based activities. For caves, we discourage bringing expensive gear unless it’s protected—we’ll provide helmets with headlamps and take great photos for you if needed. Please note that the government of Belize has banned all electronics from the ATM Cave site for preservation purposes.

What’s the best time to visit Belize?
The dry season (December–May) is ideal, but the green season (June–November) brings fewer crowds and lush landscapes. We run tours year-round with safety as our top priority.
The farther in advance, the better for us. However, If we have space, yes! Same-day or next-day bookings are possible, especially for group tours. Just reach out, and we’ll try our best to accommodate.
