- Full refund for cancellations made 72+ hours before tour
- 50% refund for cancellations 24-72 hours before tour
- No refund for cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows
- Weather cancellations receive full refund or rescheduling
- Medical emergencies (with documentation) receive credit for future use

General
- All participants must sign liability waivers
- Minimum age varies by tour (typically 8+ for adventure tours)
- Prices in USD; subject to change until booked
Health & Safety
- Notify us of medical conditions/allergies in advance
- Pregnant travelers restricted from certain cave/jungle tours
- COVID policy: Flexible changes if symptomatic
During Tours
- Guides may modify itineraries for safety/weather
- No refunds for early departures or unused services
- Respectful behavior required; guides may remove disruptive guests
Terms and Conditions

- 30% deposit required to secure booking
- Full payment due 7 days before tour
- Valid passport required for cross-border tours
Participant Responsibilities:
- Arrive 15 minutes before scheduled departure
- Disclose all medical conditions on waiver form
- Follow guide instructions at all times
- Minimum fitness levels required for certain tours
Liability Limitations:
- Not liable for lost/stolen personal items
- Maximum liability limited to tour cost
- Assumption of risk for adventure activities
Insurance Requirements:
- Travel insurance mandatory for international visitors
- Must cover medical evacuation (minimum $50,000 coverage)
- Recommended to include trip cancellation coverage
